Thank you for booking Our Services at Ashwin Chhaperia.

If, for any reason, You do not wish to go ahead with your purchase, We invite You to review our policy on refunds.

For the purposes of this Refunds Policy:

  • Service/s refers to the LinkedIn coaching sessions available for booking through the Site

  • Website or Site refers to Ashwin Chhaperia, accessible from https://www.ashwinchhaperia.com

  • You/Your refers to the individual accessing or using the Service and/or Site, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service and/or Site, as applicable

  • We, Us, or Our refers to Ashwin Chhaperia

  • Order/s or Purchase/s refer to a request by You to book a Service or Services from Us

 

You are entitled to cancel Your Purchase within 12 (twelve) hours without giving any reason for doing so. ​The deadline for doing so is 12 hours from the minute on which You purchased the Service or Services on the Website.​

 

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:​

  • Submitting the Contact form in the footer of Our Site and including the phrase ‘CANCELLATION OF PURCHASE’ in the first sentence of the field marked as ‘Message’.​

We will reimburse You no later than 7 (seven) business days from the day after which We receive Your cancellation notice. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You might incur additional fees for such reimbursement as per third party / payment gateway / bank policies. An email confirmation will be sent to You once We process your refund. While most refunds will be processed within 7 (seven) business days, there might be the rare delay on the part of the payment gateway / involved banks. Please reach out to Us should this happen and We will get back to You within 24 (twenty four) hours.

This Refunds Policy will, however, be null and void should You access the Service or Services listed on the Site.​
